Did you know you can now book adult sessions online?

Stonnington Tennis members can book sessions up to a week in advance via the customer portal. Your login details will be emailed to you for the portal and then you can access it here.

You can also visit our website on your mobile device and the portal will appear like an app. Simply login and select Adult Sessions to book your upcoming class. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation and you will be able to see it on your portal home page under ‘upcoming bookings’.

How far in advance can I book a session?

Members can book sessions one week in advance. Non-members can book 60 minutes before the class.

Why can’t I book a class?

There are a number of reasons why you may be having difficulty booking online. If you try to book too far in advance you will not be able to book in to the class. If the session is full you will not be able to book in either. Please contact us if you have any difficultly booking in.

What if I can’t attend a class?

Simply go to the customer portal, then check ‘Upcoming Bookings’ and select ‘Cancel Attendance’.

What if I have a friend that just wants to book a casual session?

You can still book a casual session however you can only do this 60 minutes before the class is due. Go to our website and click on Book Session, then select Non-Member for casual bookings.

Can I just turn up for a session?

You are welcome to turn up for a class without a booking but we cannot guarantee there will be a space in the session, so it’s always best to book beforehand.

I can’t log in.
